When using the Superior Beauty web site you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they may be modified and posted to our web site from time to time.

If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then you may not use our website.

You must ensure that the personal information you provide is accurate and complete and that all ordering or registration details (where applicable) contain your correct name, address and other requested details. We may forward information on products and services to ensure you are kept updated. This will be forwarded to the email address supplied to us.

When using our services you grant Superior beauty, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of yourself and your property. You authorize Superior Beauty, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.

Superior beauty may use such photographs with or without your name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.

If you choose to cancel your appointment with Superior Beauty without giving us at least 2 week’s notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount is then payable to us.

If you cancel your appointment with Superior Beauty, giving us more than 2 week’s notice, than no cancellation fee is due.

Your deposit is non refundable under any circumstance.

If you live outside our travelling area, an extra charge of $1.00 per kilometre will be charged.

If you require services between 8pm and 5am, an extra charge will be made for security for staff.

Our promotions are only given out when a bride books the hair & makeup package for herself and 3 others. This can be bridesmaids, Mother of the bride, Mother of the groom. (This does not include the flower girl unless if she is charged at the hair & makeup package rate).

The promotions may change at any time by the decision of Superior Beauty.

All promotion gift vouchers handed to the client must be used before the validation runs out. If they do not use the voucher before the validation runs out, Superior Beauty takes no responsibility and a new voucher will not be issued.

All bookings must be made by the recipient of the voucher. Superior Beauty will not make the booking date for you.

Applicability of online materials

Unless otherwise specified the materials published on our web site are presented solely for your private, personal and non-commercial use.

We have used our reasonable endeavours to ensure that our web site complies with Australian law. However, we make no representations that the materials on our web site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside of Australia.
